The Hebrews have been slaves in Egypt and cry out to God. One desperate Hebrew mother leaves her baby in a basket by the Nile, where he is found by the Pharaoh's daughter. The child, Moses, is raised in the Egyptian palace, and becomes a key piece in God's plan to lead the Hebrews to freedom.
