"Cinderella" Auditions 2026

Dancers in levels 5-7 are invited to audition for our spring dance production, Cinderella.

The studio will open at 9:00. Dancers and parents should arrive by 9:30 for a brief mandatory parent production meeting, during which we will cover expectations and important dates for the production season. Parents may leave after the meeting is over (usually about 15 minutes.)

Before audition day, dancers must fill out their audition registration form: https://forms.gle/Sa5bnBAeCiaYfHej9. Upon arrival at the studio, dancers should sign in at the front desk and collect a number to pin to their leotard. After the parent meeting, the upstairs and downstairs studios are available for dancers to begin to warm themselves up.

Dancers should wear their favorite black leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes or pointe shoes. (Pointe 7 students are required to wear pointe shoes.) Dancers should wear hair back in a nice bun. Bring water, jazz shoes, black leggings or shorts, and tap shoes.

Auditions will include a quick barre warm-up, center and across-the-floor ballet exercises, center and across-the-floor jazz and modern exercises, and acting/improvisation elements throughout. Teachers will meet directly after auditions in order to make casting decisions, so please be prompt for pickup at 12.

Makeup Auditions:

Dancers unable to attend auditions on August 23 may attend make-up auditions on Wednesday, August 20 at 6:00. Please let Chloe know if you plan to attend make-up auditions asap.
