Parents of our dancers are invited to a discussion about dance students' mental health led by licensed counselor and dance teacher, Kelsey Maloney-Steiner.

About the event
Kelsey Maloney-Steiner is a licensed therapist in Tennessee and taught ballet with JCAC. We have invited her to host these seminars at JCAC at no cost to families because we believe in developing the whole student - physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.
Parents of dance students are invited to a presentation led by Kelsey on how to recognize and support young dancers through some of the unique mental health challenges they may face. Parents of students of all ages and levels are welcome, but conversations will focus around parents of dancers levels 5-7. Students are not permitted to attend this seminar.
