About the event
One of our goals as a community is to provide opportunities for students and families to participate in a service project each semester. This semester, we are partnering with "Kids Against Hunger" to pack meals that will be sent to families. The event is open to all students and their families. Monetary donations for this event are not necessary, but they are welcomed! Thirty cents can cover one complete meal. Participants can meet at JCAC at 11:45 to share a meal, and we will walk to the Kids Against Hunger warehouse (about 1 block away.) We will pack meals 12:30-2:30 and return to JCAC for pickup at 2:45.
Please RSVP by February 24 so we can plan for food and coordinate with our organization contact.
